Data controller and scope

This notice has been prepared to explain the personal data collected by URPEK INVESTMENT LTD, the operator of the dövizKKTC platform, during an Exchange Office Account Application.

Information processed

• The selected exchange office and the authorised person’s full name,
• Email address and phone/WhatsApp number,
• Any optional note provided during the application,
• Technical records such as IP address and browser/device information for application security.

Purposes of processing

The data is used to review the exchange office account request, contact the applicant, carry out the authorisation process, prevent misuse, maintain platform security, and keep necessary records.

Retention and sharing

Application data is retained only for as long as required by the relevant purposes and applicable legal obligations. It is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Rights and requests

You may contact the platform administration to request access, correction, updating, or, where permitted by law, deletion of or objection to the processing of your personal data.

This notice has been prepared with regard to the legislation on personal data protection in force in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
